"Yes, Leonard there is a Santa Claus." I know, 58 year old men do not believe in Santa, but why shouldn't we?
I woke up yesterday morning and checked my emails as I usually do. There was an email from my Pastor friend Dr. Smith. (This is the same Dr. Smith that gave me a Big Bertha driver a couple of years ago.) He asked me to stop by his office at my convenience. Long story short - He had recently purchased some new clubs and wanted to know if I would like to have his old ones. Of course I immediately said "Yes!", since I was still playing with the K Mart set that I started out with 8 years ago.
Dr. Smith gave me a full set of Adam's Irons (graphite), plus 3-5-7 fairway woods, plus a hybrid iron, plus a sand wedge, gap wedge and putter.
I am thrilled that he is my friend. I am equally thrilled that we are both left handed.
I truly feel like a kid at Christmas.

So I guess Spencer needs to pack his clubs and you need to clear your schedule for Thursday?
Remember, I will not be here this coming week. I leave for East Tennessee Sunday. When will you be coming back to pick up the kids? Maybe we could play then.
