Green Hill Christmas

Sunday, Dec. 16th was our Children's Christmas event at Green Hill.
The Children put on a little play with Angels, Shepherds and the such.
Afterwards. we had a time of fellowship and a special visitor. (Ho, Ho, Ho).

Even though no one will say, I get the feeling that fewer and fewer young couples feel comfortable with the santa myth. This seems to be another American tradition that is slowly slipping away. What do you think?

We really enjoy the entire "Santa" thing. This year, Andrew has very specific ideas about what he wants to leave for Santa--red sugar cookies with 2 glasses of milk AND hay for the reindeer, because they need a snack too! I'm all about the "Santa" thing, but I certainly know those who don't care much for it. We'll keep it going as long as it's something fun and memorable for the kids....
